Return and Exchange Policy

We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as enjoyable as possible.

On this page, you can read about how to properly handle returns, damaged products, and cancellations.

Please note that we do not charge your credit card until your item is shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will try to stop the package before it is dispatched. We usually ship the same day. If you wish to cancel an order, please email our customer service team with the subject “Cancellation” and your order number so that we can correctly identify your order.

Due to our fast shipping process, we cannot guarantee that every order can be canceled in time. We will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the opportunity to return the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, sealed, unopened, unused, and undamaged
(if applicable) and must be suitable for resale.

If you wish to return an item, please first contact our customer service team via email. If we do not receive a notification from you, a refund cannot be guaranteed.

Return shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.

Please do not return anything to us without first coordinating with a member of our customer service team (please click here). Once we have received your return, we will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days.

If the product is damaged, we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please contact our customer service team and provide photos of the packaging and the products contained within. However, if the packaging is visibly damaged, please refuse to accept it immediately and contact us promptly. Please note that a claim for damaged goods must be made within the first 14 days of delivery in order to be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, our customer service team will contact you to inform you that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within the following days.

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before refunds are credited. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.

We do not refund or accept returns for free gifts or promotional items provided to you free of charge.
